Ingredients
- Adequate EB Alaska Pollock Filet
- Adequate Thai Basil
- Minced Garlic
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Lime Juice
Instructions
Make The Sauce
- Put 1/2 tbsp black soy sauce + 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce+ 1 tsp red pepper flakes + 1 tsp sugar + 1 tsp fish sauce + 1 tsp lime juice into a bowl, add minced Garlic and add a little water.
Cooking Method
- Fry the Alaska Pollock Fillet according to the instructions on the package.
- Pour the prepared sauce into the pot and heat.
- Mix well the Alaska Pollock Fillet with the sauce, and put with some thai basil before serving.
