Ingredients
- Adequate EB Steamboat 5 in 1
- Adequate EB Ring Roll
- Carrot (Shredded)
- Red Chilli (Chopped)
- Minced Garlic
- Chilli Garlic Sauce
- Lime
- Milk Cabbage
Instructions
Vietnamese Sauce
- 100ml water + 2 tablespoons chilli garlic + 2 tablespoons sugar + 60ml fish sauce + 10ml vinegar + 30ml lime juice + 2 clove garlic, minced + 1 red chilli chopped + shredded carrot into a bowl.
- Stir well and keep the prepared sauce aside.
Cooking Method
- Cook the EB Steamboat 5 in 1 according to the instructions on the package.
- Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, and blanch milk cabbage.
- Mix well the EB Steamboat 5 in 1 and milk cabbage with Vietnamese sauce. Arrange the EB Steamboat 5 in 1, milk cabbage and ring roll on the plate.
- Serve with the Vietnamese sauce.
