Cut the kang kung into smaller pieces.
Prepare the prawn paste and sambal belacan.
Add 4 tbsp of oil into a hot wok. Add in prawn paste and fry briefly on high heat.
Add in the sambal belacan and fry for two minutes.
Add in kang kung and fry quickly over high heat.
Fry the kang kung until the stems are soft. Suggest to fry the vegetables softer and it’s ready to serve.
