Remove outer layer of tomato and cut into pieces. Heat some oil, saute onion till fragant and add in tomato to cook till soft.
Add in tomato sauce to stir-fry and mix well, pour in water for 10 mins and bring to boil over low heat, add in prawn paste to cook till well done.
Add water and seasoning, cook until sauce is almost thick. Lastly thicken the sauce with a little cornstarch solution. Remove from heat, serve hot.
Sprinkle with chopped spring onions and it’s ready to serve.
