Roti John with Tempura Chicken Nugget

Ingredients
  

Ingredients A

  • 4 pcs Tempura Chicken Nugget (deep-fry)
  • Bread
  • Butter (adequate)

Ingredients B (egg mixture)

  • 2 pcs eggs
  • Spring onion (adequate, chopped)
  • Salt to taste

Sauces

  • Mayonnaise (optional, adequate)
  • Chilli sauce (optional, adequate)

Instructions
 

  • Heat some oil and deep fry Tempura Chicken Nugget until golden brown, set aside.
  • Mix well the eggs, chopped spring onion and salt.
  • Heat the pan with some butter, add in the egg mixture.
  • When the egg is almost set, place the bread on the egg mixture.
  • Add Tempura Chicken Nuggets on the bread.
  • Spread some mayonnaise on one side, chilli sauce on the other side.
  • It’s ready to serve.
