Spring onion

Mayonnaise

Chilli sauce
(optional, adequate)
Instructions
Heat some oil and deep fry Tempura Chicken Nugget until golden brown, set aside.
Mix well the eggs, chopped spring onion and salt.
Heat the pan with some butter, add in the egg mixture.
When the egg is almost set, place the bread on the egg mixture.
Add Tempura Chicken Nuggets on the bread.
Spread some mayonnaise on one side, chilli sauce on the other side.
It’s ready to serve.
