Mee Kicap with Crispy Fried Chicken Wonton

Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 pcs Crispy Fried Chicken Wonton (deep-fry)
  • Wonton noodles (blanched)
  • 1 bunch bok choy (blanched)
  • Chilli (adequate)
  • Spring onion (adequate, chopped)

Sauce Mixture

  • 4 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat some oil and deep fry Crispy Fried Chicken Wonton until golden brown, set aside.
  • Heat the sauce mixture.
  • Blanch the bok choy and wonton noodles.
  • Mix wonton noodles with the sauce, serve with bok choy and Crispy Fried Chicken Wonton.
  • Garnish with chili and spring onion.
