Seaweed Soup with Prawn Paste

  • My Daun Prawn Paste Adequate
  • Seaweed Adequate
  • 1 Egg

SEASONINGS

  • Salt Adequate
  • White Pepper Powder Adequate
  • A Pinch of Sesame Oil
  • A Pinch of Chives

Instructions
 

  • Whip the eggs into liquid, shred seaweed into small pieces and finely chop the green part of chives.
  • Fry eggs and cut into shreds, rinse the seaweed and set aside.
  • Heat water in a pot till boiling, put in prawn paste over low heat till cooked.
  • Add in seaweed, egg slices, salt, pepper powder into pot, garnish with sesame oil, chives and it’s ready to serve.
