Instructions
Whip the eggs into liquid, shred seaweed into small pieces and finely chop the green part of chives.
Fry eggs and cut into shreds, rinse the seaweed and set aside.
Heat water in a pot till boiling, put in prawn paste over low heat till cooked.
Add in seaweed, egg slices, salt, pepper powder into pot, garnish with sesame oil, chives and it’s ready to serve.
