Prawn Paste and Cucumber
Preparing this dish is simple and straightforward. Of course, the main ingredients are prawn paste.
- EB MyDaun Prawn Paste
- Millet pepper
Making the Sauce
Finely chop the onion, garlic, coriander, and millet
Put 4 tablespoon soy sauce + 2 tablespoon vinegar + 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce + 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil + 1 teaspoon sugar + 1 teaspoon salt + 1 teaspoon chicken essence in a bowl, add a little water
Stir well and refrigerate.
Bring the water to a boil in a pot. Pop the prawn paste from the tray into the pot.
Wait for it to boil, drain and set aside.
Finally, dip the prawn paste into the sauce and add the sliced shrimp and cucumber.
