Heat some cooking oil and deep fry Crispy Fried Chicken Wonton, set aside.
Sauté minced garlic and onion until fragrant, add the egg.
Add in cooked instant noodle, blanched bean sprout, tomato and deep-fried tofu.
Add in the seasoning mixture accordingly, stir well.
Add in tomato and spring onion.
Serve with Crispy Fried Chicken Wonton, lettuce and lime.
