Stir Fry Noodles (Mamak Style)

Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 pcs Crispy Fried Chicken Wonton (deep-fry)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 pcs onion (minced)
  • 1 pcs egg
  • 10 g bean sprout (blanched)
  • 1 pcs lime (halved)
  • Lettuce (adequate, sliced thinly)
  • 1 pcs tomato (wedged)
  • Spring onion (chopped)
  • 1 block tofu (Deep-fry, cut into slices)
  • 1 packet Instant noodle (blanched)
  • Cooking oil (adequate)

Seasoning Mixture

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions
 

  • Heat some cooking oil and deep fry Crispy Fried Chicken Wonton, set aside.
  • Sauté minced garlic and onion until fragrant, add the egg.
  • Add in cooked instant noodle, blanched bean sprout, tomato and deep-fried tofu.
  • Add in the seasoning mixture accordingly, stir well.
  • Add in tomato and spring onion.
  • Serve with Crispy Fried Chicken Wonton, lettuce and lime.
